This custom event space is steeped in history. The original deed came from the three sons of William Penn. This replica barn was designed to mimic the original barn that burned down 70 years ago. The project prioritized period details and historical authenticity at every turn, resulting in a truly exceptional space built to stand out today or centuries ago.
B&D Builders was asked to join the project as the client knew we were a perfect fit. The timber frame structure, forged iron, and reclaimed wood were all period-accurate while serving as the basis for so many of B&D’s most beloved projects.
The repointed stonework on the exterior brings life to the original stone walls that were preserved and remained a vital part of the broader landscape.
