This stunning 30,000-square-foot equestrian facility features an arched riding arena nestled into the hillside. The significant arena, measuring 100 feet by 200 feet, fills with natural light that elegantly showcases the horses and their riders.
B&D Builders worked closely with the owner to navigate requirements for this historic property. Much of the structure had to be constructed using wood, including doors and windows and period correct cedar siding. B&D attended local township meetings and remained committed to the project for the duration to ensure it met all regulations and exceeded all expectations.
The arena has distinct visual appeal with glulam arches, specialty heaters, and garage doors that allow light to shine through the space.
