B&D Builders brought their expertise and ingenuity to this project, with special planning and consideration for the threat of floods. The team recommended a specialty floodgate door and flood louvers as the best solution. These allow flood waters to easily move in and out of the property, limiting any damage.
The scale of this arena is significant, measuring 115 feet by 222 feet and incorporating design elements like overhangs, cupolas, expansive windows, and other elements not typically seen in steel.
