The owner placed a high priority on creating a safe environment for the horses, and our team worked in close collaboration with the architect to ensure a safe and well-ventilated facility.
Large double doors and an impressive chandelier give way to a large center aisle. Twelve spacious stalls with open yokes and Dutch doors give horses the option to observe their surroundings, socialize with their neighbors, or rest comfortably.
This structure is as functional as it is stunning, with an efficient tack room, feed room, and indoor and outdoor wash stalls. A manager’s apartment above the barn and a groom’s apartment adjacent to the barn provide immaculate spaces befitting those caring for the horses who call this space home.
