B&D Builders worked closely with the owner to concept and bring the project to life. Because of the historic nature of the property and the surrounding area, the team worked closely with the township and adhered to strict building and material guidelines for the duration of the project. B&D continues to provide maintenance and support to keep the estate in its ideal condition.
The striking stone, wavy skirl siding, shingle roof, and dormers immediately draw the eye. Inside, beauty blends with functionality and comfort for the horses, with elegant custom stall fronts, rubber flooring, and full fire suppression.
The 80’ x 200’ glulam arch arena features operable windows lining each side of the structure which allows for an abundance of natural light and fresh air.
